Online license usage reports should only be submitted by current 615 Music clients. If you would like to license our music and are not currently a 615 Music client, please call 1.888.615.TRAX or email us at info@615music.com for assistance.
Needledrop Licenses: Please contact your Director of Licensing for current rates. We will bill you according to the type of usage that you report on this form.
Blanket Licenses: No additional synchronization fees will be charged as a result of using this form, however you are still required to report all usage.
Please call for definitions of clearances or for other questions. This will be considered your clearance license unless your request a clearance contract.
Note: Our music may not be copied or recorded for any purpose without a written license from 615 Music Library. All music must be reported upon synchronization or dubbing.
