615 Music Library
Is 615 Music Library a buyout library?
NO! Our music is available for blanket or needledrop licenses. Check out the Licensing section of our website for more information on pricing and usage policies.
How much and how often does the 615 Music Library release new material?
The 615 Music Library releases three to six new volumes every quarter. Our CD's are client driven and we are always excited to hear feedback and requests for new music.
Digital Download
How can I download 615 tracks?
The first step is to register. To do this, click on the "Search and Download Music" button at the top right corner of the page. If the MusicSource window doesn't automatically appear, then click on the "Search and Download" button. Once the MusicSource window appears, click on the "Projects" tab at the top of the window. The "Register" button will appear at the bottom of the Projects page. Once we verify your registration, you will receive e-mail notification that your account has been processed. Then you will be all set to search and download from our site.
How long will it take to download music?
The speed you can access our digital downloads depends greatly on your Internet connection. On our side, we have deployed tools that allow you to get tracks as quickly as possible (BIG bandwidth and special download tools), but that won't help much if you have a 14.4 modem from 1994...
Composer Submission
I'm a composer. How can I submit my music?
Thanks for your interest in submitting music to us for review. Please use the following guidelines to help expedite the process.
- Send 1 (one) non-returnable CD of music for review. If you feel versed in multiple styles then send us a compilation of songs on one disc, but it?s best to show us what you do better than anyone else. Please remember most composers say that they can write for any musical style, but few actually can.
- Indicate if the material on the disc is available for purchase or just a demo of previous work.
- Do not call. Really, we get hundreds of submission every month.
- Label the disc with all your contact info.
- Label the CD jewel case with your contact info and include a cut list.
- Include a 1 (one) page resume / credit list.
- Including information like I've worked for all your competitors is not necessarily a good thing.
You will be contacted by us after we've reviewed your submission. Thanks in advance.
